Duties:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Identify opportunities and qualify leads through customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential customers in our CRM program.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication with potential customers.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills to build trust and rapport with prospects.
- Identify and prioritize high-value leads, ensuring that our sales team is targeting the most promising opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and tactics.
- Proficiency in Lead Perfection or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with telemarketing and outbound calling in a call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A competitive sales background and a track record of success in generating new leads and appointments.
- A passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
This position provides the opportunity to earn hourly pay plus commission (uncapped) and monthly bonuses!
