- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to ensure the hotel’s facilities are well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property, identifying and addressing maintenance needs promptly.
- Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Maintain and operate all equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
- Maintain an organized and clean maintenance workshop and storage areas.
- Participate in emergency response and fire safety procedures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and maintenance techniques.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Must adhere to the company's grooming, uniform, and dress code policies.
