What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Supervisor position at Pinnacle Hotel Management?
Assist in the overall operation of the Front Office area. In addition to assisting in the operation of the Front Office operation and guest services personnel, this position will respond quickly to guest requests and/or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure that appropriate action is taken to guarantee 100% guest satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that requires leading assigned shifts and supporting the Director of Operations and General Manager .
