OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: •Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public and guest rooms. JOB REQUIREMENTS: •Minimum lifting of 40 lbs. •Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. •Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching. •Some exposure to cleaning chemicals •Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. •Minimum one year hospitality experience ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Vacuum the carpets, polish furniture, empty trash and maintain the cleanliness of guest room suites. •Assist supervisors if needed. •Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management. •Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Hilton policy, procedures, training and associates involvement activities. •Perform other duties as assigned. •Actively communicate with guests, be professional and courteous.
