OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public and guest rooms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum lifting of 40 lbs.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching.
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
- Minimum one year hospitality experience
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Vacuum the carpets, polish furniture, empty trash and maintain the cleanliness of guest room suites.
- Assist supervisors if needed.
- Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Hilton policy, procedures, training and associates involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Actively communicate with guests, be professional and courteous.
