Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, including usability testing, field research, surveys, and A / B testing.
- Gather and analyze insights from unique aviation environments such as airports and inflight experiences.
- Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to incorporate research findings into product development.
- Advocate for user-centered design by presenting research findings through compelling reports and presentations.
- Manage participant recruitment and testing logistics, ensuring robust and reliable research outcomes.
