Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries on advertising or billing questions.
- Accurately document customer interactions, including issues, adjustments, and necessary follow-ups.
- Provide correspondence to customers regarding inquiries and complaint resolutions.
- Answer and direct incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Proactively follow up on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and expected due dates.
- Make courtesy calls and send correspondence to customers regarding late payments on accounts.
- Submit delinquent accounts to a collection agency as needed.
- Support the Marketing and Sales Consultants by handling customer inquiries, providing advertising contracts, and facilitating resolutions.
