We are seeking a reliable and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. This position requires availability every weekend, two weekdays, and during holidays. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience and be ServSafe certified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise food service operations to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Oversee staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining stock levels.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure efficient operation during shifts.
Requirements:
- ServSafe certification is mandatory.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food service environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, two weekdays, and holidays from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Compensation:
- $25 per hour.
