Piano Teacher

Job Overview
We need an energetic and outgoing Piano Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fun, extroverted, and excited to teach the piano. This role involves teaching in-home classical piano lessons to children in the Midlothian/Chesterfield area. The Piano Teacher will need to know how to read sheet music fluently and will need to submit a simple video audition. IMPORTANT: Pay ranges $19-26 PER LESSON, which are only 30 minutes each.

Duties

• Teach exactly to our Pinnacle method (We will teach you how to do this).
• Drive to each student's home.
• Track student progress every week during the lesson (We will teach you how to do this)
• Be the most fun music teacher the kid will ever have!

• Requirements:
• Proficiency in the basics instrument. - You should be good enough to be accepted into a college's music program if you were to audition.
• Clean background check.
• Love of working with kids and a fun and inviting personality. We're looking for energetic teachers!
• Drivers license so that you can drive to your lessons.
• Teachers may also be asked to do things like: Post on social media, take photos/videos, perform during special events, etc.

No college degree required! This is the perfect job for you if you're passionate about music and working with people. If you can play piano and love kids, we can teach you the rest!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
