Job Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
General Cleaning Duties:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces, such as door handles and light switches.
Surface Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize countertops, desks, and tables.
- Wash windows and glass surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and break room areas, including appliances, sinks, and countertops.
Maintenance and Supplies:
- Replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed.
- Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Specialized Cleaning Tasks:
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing and floor waxing. (This is only specific to certain accounts and not required for the employee to complete unless arranged with management.)
- Clean and disinfect areas as required for specific industries (e.g., medical or food service).
Compliance and Safety:
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to manufacturer instructions and safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Customer Service:
- Respond to client requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude while on the job.
- Report any issues or concerns about the facility to management.
Administrative Tasks:
- Complete cleaning checklists and reports as required.
- Track and report the usage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Read and understand employee handbook (will be given first day on job site)
Minimum Requirements
Commercial cleaning requires walking, standing, bending, lifting, stretching, pulling, and pushing.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Be able to follow simple instructions.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
