You will work closely with the Account Manager to develop your sales skills through personalized coaching and training. This role is critical in supporting the growth and development of Pinnacle's client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage all aspects of client projects, including understanding project scope, customer budget, timelines, and order entry. Responsible for quoting, utilizing decks and ideakits, and vendor negotiations.
- Salesforce & CRM Management: Create opportunities, ideakits, and manage client information, tasks, and order details using Salesforce and Presto.
- Arcade Platform Support: Register customers, modify customer groups, manage backend support, and pull reports when necessary.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful project execution and repeat business.
- Multi-Tasking & Prioritization: Effectively manage multiple clients and orders, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Source impactful products that align with client branding and needs.
- Attend vendor meetings to stay informed about the latest products and trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Document and report all activities within Salesforce, ensuring seamless client communication.
- Assist in nurturing customer relationships to encourage long-term business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in promotional products is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a genuine interest in helping others
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
