Position Summary
As the Store Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Online Stores and Operations department. This includes managing store orders, handling customer service inquiries, and overseeing warehouse management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities while supporting two account managers and their various accounts. This position offers opportunities for growth within the company and requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Major Responsibilities:
Store Order Management
- Place and track inventory store orders to their appropriate warehouses, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors to process drop ship store orders, monitoring each order through to delivery
- Resolve order discrepancies in collaboration with the account team and vendors.
- Investigate and address any invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor and ensure the on-time closure of all store orders across platforms.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests within 4 hours, providing effective solutions
- Collaborate with account managers to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to store operations
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and review reports for store drop ship orders and inventory
- Follow up on priority reports to confirm order accuracy and completion.
Job Requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Organizational skills to support two account managers effectively.
