What are the responsibilities and job description for the Demolition Laborer position at Pinnacle Property Investments?
Here at Pinnacle Property Investments we flip around 20 homes a year and are looking for demolition labor workers to demo our projects before we build. This position pays $15/Hr. You will be required to have reliable transportation, be able to listen to directions and have a full understanding of what all is being knocked out and trashed during the demo portion of our projects.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Commute:
- Bristol, VA 24201 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Bristol, VA 24201: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
