What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Pinnacle Property Investments?
Here at Pinncacle Property Investments we flip 20 homes a year and are looking for a project manager. Basic knowledge about construction, transportation to and from job sites, physically able to walk properties, having a trailer or truck is an added bonus but not a requirement, communication skills and being able to plan everything in advance and keep the team on track at an elite level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
