Responsibilities
Surveillance Monitoring : Diligently observe live and recorded footage from surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Incident Reporting : Identify and document any unusual activities or security breaches, and communicate immediately with security personnel and management.
System Checks : Regularly inspect all CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any malfunctions.
Coordinate with Security Team : Work closely with on-ground security teams to provide real-time information and support during potential incidents.
Data Management : Maintain organized records of surveillance activities and incident logs for future reference.
Continuous Improvement : Suggest improvements to current monitoring practices and stay updated with the latest security technology trends.
Requirements
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education in security systems is a plus. And an ACTIVE Nevada PILB card.
Skills : Excellent observational skills with the ability to identify and report anomalies swiftly.
Attention to Detail : Strong focus on monitoring and recording incidents accurately.
Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and report issues.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CCTV and security systems software and hardware.
Shift Flexibility : Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Problem-Solving : Quick decision-making abilities to handle unexpected situations effectively.
