Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze blueprints, specifications, and project plans to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Manage the bid process , including soliciting and reviewing subcontractor / vendor pricing.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns.
- Utilize Bluebeam, estimating software, and Microsoft Excel to develop and organize estimates.
- Research material costs, labor rates, and market conditions to ensure competitive and precise proposals.
- Maintain organized documentation of all estimates and bid submissions.
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to refine estimates and optimize project costs.
