The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive team, driving budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis. They should have experience in scaling finance functions within smaller or high-growth companies, demonstrating agility and the ability to implement efficient financial processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the annual budgeting process , ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define and track critical financial metrics , translating data into actionable insights.
- Conduct cost analysis and recommend strategies to improve efficiency and optimize spending.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing RFPs , ensuring financial data is accurately reflected.
- Serve as the primary liaison for banks, lenders, and financial institutions , managing loan covenants and financing agreements.
- Work closely with leadership to optimize pricing strategies and profitability.
- Lead initiatives to automate financial reporting and forecasting , improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Support M&A activities , including due diligence and post-integration financial planning.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on tax strategy, compliance, and financial initiatives .
- Manage and mentor an FP&A team , fostering professional development and accountability.
- Drive ad-hoc financial projects that support business growth and operational excellence.
