Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team in the food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities of the Senior FP&A :
Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, analyze trends, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Provide detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and scenario planning.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend strategies for optimization.
Analyze production costs, raw material pricing, and supply chain efficiencies to identify areas for cost reduction.
Support product pricing strategies by assessing cost structures and market conditions.
Work closely with operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive business initiatives and growth.
Develop and enhance financial models and tools to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning processes.
Lead the implementation of financial systems and automation solutions.
Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications of the Senior FP&A :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
7 years of experience in FP&A or a related.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
