About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join their Finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years of Financial Analyst experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models to track cost-saving initiatives and business performance.
Prepare monthly business review presentations, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts .
Perform inventory analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support financial planning for major contracting efforts and assist in RFP processes.
Conduct variance analysis against budget, prior year, and forecasts to identify risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Ensure confidentiality of all financial information.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a financial analysis or FP&A role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
Experience in agriculture, CPG, or manufacturing is a plus.
