Safety & Compliance : Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and company / industry standards.
Leadership & Technical Expertise : Proven experience in industrial maintenance with leadership responsibilities, ideally within the food production or agricultural sector.
A technical degree or certificate in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in a maintenance leadership role.
Ability to identify issues quickly, troubleshoot effectively, and implement long-term solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
