This role involves identifying acquisition opportunities, conducting due diligence, managing negotiations, and overseeing post-deal integration to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions, from target sourcing to integration.
- Conduct financial modeling, risk assessments, and due diligence.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities aligned with corporate strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to structure and execute deals.
- Present strategic recommendations and deal rationales to executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including US GAAP.
- Oversee post-acquisition integration to maximize operational efficiencies and synergies.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination throughout the M&A process.
- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
