Pinnacle Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, located in Smyrna, DE, has an exciting career opportunity for an entry level Full-Time Activity Aide for our 151 bed facility!! The position hours are 830a-430p, with 11a-730p 1 week day.
As an Activity Aide, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and facilitating activities for the residents
- Interviewing residents to inquire about their likes and dislikes
- Oversee residents participating in activities to ensure that they are engaged and participating in acitivies
- Assist with room visits for residents that don't leave their rooms
- Deliver mail
