What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Assistant Supervisor position at Pinnacle Rehab and Health Center?

Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Nursing has an immediate opening for a full-time Assistant Food Service Director from 11:30a-7:30p, to assist the Dietary Director with the daily functioning of dining in the facility. This position would also require to come in every other weekend. The ideal candidate will provide support and direction to the dietary staff, assist with supervising meal planning, production, and delivery for all the food services in the facility. This person will also ensure that the facility is up to standard in health and food regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current food service sanitation license required
- Experience in food services in the Healthcare Industry
- At least one-year supervisory experience preferred
