Refrigeration Service Technician Qualifications:
CFC Certification Type III
3 Years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
Must have quality tool set to perform daily work functions
Must enjoy working in a team environment while also taking independent initiative
Must be available for rotating on call/weekend shifts
Knowledge of kitchen equipment a plus but not necessary
Conscientious and a team player
Clean Driving Record
Good Employment History
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting and repairing commercial refrigeration systems, Demonstrate Efficient & Effective problem solving skills, High Mechanical Aptitude
Be available for On-call duty.
Ongoing Certification Training, Company provided
Utilize your strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
Refrigeration equipment knowledge, reach-in and walk-in boxes, cooler display cases, Frozen Dessert and ice machines
Perform repairs, overhauls and start-ups of commercial equipment & systems
Perform preventative maintenance, replacement and modifications
Electrically Proficient
Document required data digitally using Company provided tablet
High school diploma or equivalent
Communication and customer service skills
Safety Conscientious
Must be able to work independently and without supervision
Reach-in and walk-in boxes
Cooler display cases
Ice machines & Frozen Dessert, etc...
