Director of Manufacturing Operations
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Manufacturing Operations to oversee all manufacturing activities across our two facilities in Maine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute forward-looking manufacturing strategies to drive operational efficiency, ensure high quality and safety standards, and position the company for long-term success.
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead and mentor the manufacturing team(s), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
