Manufacturing Strategy Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Strategy Leader to join our client's team in Maine. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to drive operational excellence and ensure high quality and safety standards.
- Overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Leading and mentoring the manufacturing team(s), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the manufacturing industry and incorporating them into the company's strategic plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Experience with Concrete, PreCast, or Block Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
