About the Role
Pinnacle Search Partners is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to join our client's team in Maine. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities across two plants, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring high quality and safety standards.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Developing and executing manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards across all manufacturing processes.
- Leading and mentoring the manufacturing team(s), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Identifying emerging trends and opportunities in the manufacturing industry and incorporating them into the company's strategic plans.
You will work closely with other departments to align manufacturing goals with overall business objectives and future growth plans. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. Experience with Concrete, PreCast, or Block Manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
