The company seeks a Commercial Finance Manager/Senior Manager with a strong analytical mindset to play a crucial role in aligning sales, marketing, and manufacturing operations to ensure a robust Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and provide key insights to support business decisions in a DTC company.

Key Position Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights on marketing spend effectiveness, with a strong understanding of the drivers influencing the chosen media mix model and its impact on business performance.
- Develop and refine multi-channel financial strategies across DTC, marketplace, and wholesale.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to balance supply and demand.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, ensuring financial targets are met while identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Act as a trusted partner to the divisional leadership and the Marketing team.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership using data-driven analysis.
Professional & Personal Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), with a strong focus on commercial finance.
- Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making, grounded in strong accounting foundation to ensure accuracy and strategic financial insights.
- Understanding of marketing spend dynamics and media mix model to maximize revenue growth, and drive higher EBITDA.
- Experience in a multi-channel business, deep understanding of DTC, marketplace, or wholesale is a must.
- Ability to partner with operations and manufacturing teams to contribute to an effective S&OP process.
- Background in consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce is a must.
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
