Job Description
As a Pinnacle SAS officer, you will oversee a variety of security, access control and patrol duties at our residential client sites. They may include within homeowners associations and condominium complexes. Typical job responsibilities may include:
· Providing customer service to our resident owners and guests by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
· Providing access control based on specific procedures at a client site;
· Conducting regular and random patrols around the community;
· Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner;
· Creating useful and informative incident and daily activity reports using state of the art reporting software, both on a PC and/or smartphone.
Minimum Requirements:
· Have a friendly, professional demeanor with customer service skills
· Possess a valid “D” Security License in the State of Florida
· Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent,
· Be at least 18 years of age
· Be eligible to work in the United States
· Possess good written and verbal communication skills
· Possess basic computer skills (browse on a PC, use a smartphone)
· Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
· Possess a valid Driver’s License if required for a particular position
