What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Equipment Operator position at Pinnacle Site Solutions?
- Operate heavy equipment including:
- Frontend Loaders
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Graders
- Haul Trucks
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all machinery on active job sites
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance checks on equipment
- Work in collaboration with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks on schedule
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Adapt to changing site conditions and project needs
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating heavy equipment on construction or site work projects
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience specifically operating excavators and dozers
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong understanding of equipment safety and job site awareness
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
