Job Description:
Ross Stores is looking for a proactive and technically inclined Business Analyst to support projects within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on SharePoint Online. This role requires a blend of strong business analysis skills and a working technical understanding of collaboration tools. The position is hybrid, based in either New York City or Dublin, CA, with a contract duration of 6 months.
Required Qualifications:
Proven Core Business Analyst skillset, including requirements gathering, process documentation, stakeholder communication, and solution validation
Working knowledge of the M365 ecosystem, particularly SharePoint Online
Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
Excellent soft skills communication, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability
Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments
