Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a hybrid basis in Melbourne, FL. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in information technology, expertise in systems analysis and design, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic and often high-pressure environments. This position requires local candidates who can adhere to a hybrid work schedule.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience & Education:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience in information technology (may be substituted at the director's discretion).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology.
- Certifications:
- Maintains the most recent certifications applicable to the installed application or system software versions/platforms.
- Data Innovations Manager certification (Instrument Manager Training Certification) is a plus.
- Epic Beaker certification is a plus.
- Technical and Analytical Expertise:
- Strong expertise in business and systems analysis and design in a technical environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems and collaborate effectively with team members and the user community.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to maintain composure in a high-pressure and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Team Collaboration:
- Demonstrates the ability to work collaboratively with team members and end-users to design, implement, and troubleshoot systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Data Innovations Manager or similar training.
- Certification in Epic Beaker.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design systems in a technical environment to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with team members and end-users to gather requirements, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Maintain the latest certifications applicable to assigned applications or system software.
