Job Description:
We are seeking a senior-level EQMS Implementation Consultant to join our team for a 12 month engagement in Andover, MA. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in eQMS implementation, with a deep understanding of quality processes, IT interfaces, and project management. This position requires an experienced professional who can effectively collaborate across various teams and navigate complex global architectures to support manufacturing operations.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience in eQMS Implementation: Strong experience in the implementation of electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS), with a clear understanding of quality processes and IT interfaces.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to effectively work across quality teams, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational skills and experience in managing complex projects and timelines, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within scope.
- Global Architecture and Manufacturing Support: Demonstrated experience in building global architectures and providing support for global manufacturing operations.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage vendor relationships and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise, taking a proactive approach to move the project forward.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assimilate into different groups, work collaboratively, and break out of your shell to drive team success.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with global IT systems and cross-border manufacturing operations.
