Location: Hybrid Wilmington, MA (2-3 days/week, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ivanti Neuron Administrator to join our team on a hybrid basis in Wilmington, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and configuring Ivanti Neuron, an advanced service management platform. Your responsibilities will include overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes, as well as ensuring effective integrations and efficient SQL query usage.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Ivanti or ServiceNow, and a background in ITSM (IT Service Management) tools and practices, particularly in asset management and discovery. The role requires a focus on incident/problem/change management, and you will need to be comfortable working with integrations such as APIs and running SQL queries to support various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Ivanti Neuron ITSM platform, ensuring proper setup and integration with other systems.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes within Ivanti.
- Set up and manage system integrations, including API-based integrations, to streamline business operations.
- Utilize SQL for querying data and supporting reporting needs.
- Assist in asset management and discovery processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Ivanti Neuron platform, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of service management processes.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, processes, and integrations related to Ivanti Neuron.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Ivanti Administrator or ServiceNow Administrator.
- Strong understanding of ITSM tools, including asset management and discovery.
- Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management within an ITSM platform.
- Experience setting up integrations, including working with APIs.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write and run queries to support business needs.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Wilmington, MA) and collaborate effectively with local teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Ivanti Neuron specific experience is highly preferred, though ServiceNow experience will also be considered.
- ITIL certification or equivalent ITSM process knowledge.
- Experience in asset management and discovery processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various teams across the organization.
