Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our team. This role will involve providing technical leadership, setting direction for the development team, and guiding them through various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java development, establishing project specifications, ensuring high software quality, and analyzing operations to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical Direction: Establish project specifications, setting clear technical direction, and aligning it with business goals.
- Create Technical Standards: Develop frameworks for technical standards and procedures to guide team members and maintain consistency across projects.
- Oversee Software Quality: Ensure software quality by monitoring the development process, reviewing code, and overseeing system modifications.
- Troubleshoot and Guide: Provide guidance to team members when troubleshooting technical issues and resolving complex problems.
- Analyze Operations: Identify risks and redundancies in existing operations, proposing and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct assessments of existing systems, recommending improvements or modifications as needed to meet business needs.
Mandatory Skills:
- Java: Strong proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience at a senior or lead level.
- Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams, with a solid understanding of setting technical direction and creating standards.
- Software Quality: Strong focus on maintaining high software quality and ensuring consistency in development processes.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting technical issues.
- System Analysis: Ability to analyze existing operations, identify risks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
