Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester to join our team on a hybrid basis in Irving, TX. This role requires strong expertise in performance testing, containerization technologies, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in microservices, observability tools, and programming in Java and Spring Boot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance tests to ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work with development and operations teams to identify performance bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Monitor application performance using observability and APM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support performance testing in microservices environments.
- Utilize containerization technologies for testing in distributed environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
- Proficiency with observability and APM tools like Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, etc.
- Programming experience in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong background in microservices application support.
- Experience with Azure Cloud is required.
