Job Title: Project Analyst RCCL
Location: Miami, FL (4 days onsite, remote on Fridays)

Mandatory Skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead projects from initiation to completion by facilitating task assignments, scheduling, and providing detailed project plans.
- Jira Coordination: Review new Jira requests, coordinate daily tasks, and communicate next steps with developers and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Foster close cooperation across all roles and functions involved in the project.
- Project Facilitation: Conduct sessions with various departments to understand and define project scope and requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, covering milestones, deliverables, risks, and considerations, to key stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain and archive all project-related documentation.
- Issue Management: Identify and resolve impediments throughout the project lifecycle or escalate as necessary.
- Feedback and Retrospectives: Actively contribute to daily standups, backlog management, planning sessions, and retrospectives.
- Relationship Building: Establish trust with team members, stakeholders, and external contacts, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
