Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role requires deep expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and the Microsoft tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Azure AI services, and data modeling to support critical business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced data models using Python and Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Leverage tools such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and Azure Synapse Analytics to build scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven insights.
- Apply statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.
- Optimize data pipelines, manage large datasets, and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest trends in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 10 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on predictive modeling and machine learning.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation techniques for large datasets.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
