Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Business Systems Analyst (BSA), or Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Manhattan WMOS to support our logistics operations team. This role focuses on enhancing WMOS features and functionality to meet business and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver effective product and user experience solutions.
- Develop high-level business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Manage changes to specifications as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure robust technical design and solution development.
- Provide subject-matter expertise on WMOS and contribute to company objectives creatively and effectively.
- Analyze complex data and situations, identifying trends and providing strategic insights.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, from floor-level operations to executive leadership.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in technical product management, business analysis, or functional consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of Manhattan WMOS features and functionality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with logistics and operations teams to implement technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels (from VPs to operational staff).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with other enterprise warehouse management systems (WMS) if not Manhattan WMOS.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
