Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our dynamic team in Miramar, FL. This role is ideal for a motivated IT professional with a strong background in ServiceNow administration, ITIL processes, and infrastructure management. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, managing, and optimizing ServiceNow platforms to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow to improve efficiency.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements, including automation of manual tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using APIs and integration tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates and patches as needed.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow standards.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years as a ServiceNow Administrator with a proven track record of successful implementations and management.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow services and ITIL processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX).
- Knowledge of database management, specifically MariaDB and SQL.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with ServiceNow integration tools and APIs.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Remote Process Synchronization.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow On-Prem instance implementation, management, and troubleshooting.
