Location: Onsite 4 days/week in San Antonio, TX or Findlay, OH (open to relocation candidates)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Systems Architect SAP Supply Chain to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and future-ready architecture solutions that support enterprise supply chain operations. This role plays a strategic part in bridging business goals with technology innovation across the full supply chain spectrum from procurement to delivery.

This individual must bring a strong functional understanding of SAP ERP systems (especially Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Demand Planning), along with high-level architecture and system design experience.

The ideal candidate is articulate, collaborative, and deeply familiar with SAP s structure (including table-level details), as well as emerging technologies in predictive procurement and tactical supply chain optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern architecture standards across supply chain systems to ensure compliance, scalability, and security.

• Align technology architecture with organizational strategy by collaborating with supply chain leaders and IT teams.

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient architecture and system designs.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms to advise leadership on tech investments.

• Lead system integration strategies and oversee end-to-end architecture implementation.

• Drive strategic initiatives and lead technology change management across the organization.

• Create clear architecture documentation, diagrams, and resources that aid cross-functional understanding and adoption.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5 years of architecture experience, preferably in enterprise supply chain environments

• In-depth expertise in SAP ERP systems (especially Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehousing)

• Knowledge of SAP table structures, system logic, and functional business processes

• Experience with ARIBA, Tactical/Predictive Procurement tools, and Demand Planning platforms

• Strong communication and articulation skills must be able to clearly explain personal contributions, system design decisions, and business impacts

• A pulse on current and emerging technologies within the supply chain ecosystem

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Functional mindset with a solid grasp of business operations

• Previous experience navigating hybrid roles involving tech and business strategy

• Someone in the 10 11 year experience range who s still hands-on and close to new technology trends
