Role: Technical BA
Location: Miramar, FL 33027
Onsite 4x a week
Contract to Hire
- Analyze deliverables (e.g., Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Application Context Diagrams, technical documents) to create comprehensive business and technical process flows.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document requirements, process flows, and data interactions
- Evaluate workflows to confirm completeness and accuracy as well as document and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve risks associated before implementation
- Create Context Diagrams that shows System/application Interface and Business Process Models.
- Identify and present alternative solutions, facilitating stakeholder discussions to select optimal approaches.
- Develop and document baseline process documentation to establish a starting point for stakeholder discussions.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture diagrams and business controls.
- Extensive experience in cloud-based data architecture (e.g., Snowflake, CCaaS, Conversational AI) and telecom platforms (BSS/OSS, Framework, Open Digital Architecture, etc).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and deliverables
- Creative problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Skilled in client interaction, relationship building and effective communication
- Identity, gather and document business and technical requirements with clarity and consistency
- Contact Center experience is a plus
