Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Hybrid (WI, IL, IN, OH, KY, MI No Relocation)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract-to-Hire)

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team for a 6 month contract with the possibility of conversion to a full-time role. This role requires a strong background in UX research, wireframing, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about designing intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs to support product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Apply design thinking principles to create user-centered solutions.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible to diverse audiences.
• Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life where necessary.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of proven UX research experience.
• Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with visual design tools like Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other wireframing tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user interaction.
• Excellent communication skills to present ideas and design concepts effectively.
• Must provide a link to your online portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI projects.
