Job Title: Field Service Technician
Job Type: 3 Months (Temp to Hire)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr. on W2
Job Location: Hyannis, MA 02601
Shift: 12Pm – 11:00 PM (Thu Fri Sat Sun)
Qualifications:
Proposed work days and times: [Thursday - Sunday, noon - 11pm] Training hours may differ. ***Subject to change with some variation of possible rotation, weekends, nights, OT. Approx. [75 miles] travel range.
Primary work location [Hyannis, MA 02601]. 100% travel within territory assigned.

Requirements:
- High school Diploma (or equivalent)
- Have a valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN’s fleet requirements
- Successfully complete background check (drug screening, no felony)
- Drive your personal vehicle for the first 90 days to job sites (mileage will be reimbursed.
You are responsible for:
- -Performing maintenance on ATMs (e.g., card reader, printer, reset and test devices, etc.). Electro mechanical repair.
- -Performing basic installation functions (e.g., set up and test equipment, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing
- locks)
- -Performing technical fixes such as clearing paper jams, card jams, bill jams, etc.
- -Inspecting products for correct operation and resolving noted issues and/or escalating according to established
- procedures
- -Prioritizing and planning service calls
- -Works within a team environment, completes all required paperwork, manages, and maintains service parts inventory
- -Contacting the customer with the estimated time of arrival
- -Working with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality
- -Following key/alarm/combination control processes in assigned area of responsibility
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Evening shift
