We are looking for individuals to join our fast paced and upbeat team as a Customer Consultant.
Your Role: As a Customer Consultant, you will be the face of our company, interacting with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations. You will actively contribute to business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and forging strong customer relationships.
Customer Consultant responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Working directly with our customers
- Inform customers of new promotions
- Collaborate with team to meet goals and metrics
- Must be able to work both independently and within a team
- Gather reports for our management team
Qualifications include:
- At least 18 years old
- Eager to learn and grow within a company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
