Job Overview
We are seeking Assemblers to join our team in a manufacturing facility. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently to produce high-quality products.
Duties
- Use power tools and hand tools to assemble parts
- Read and interpret work orders and blueprints
- Operate on an assembly line to fabricate products
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes
- Ability to use various hand and power tools effectively
- Familiarity with assembly line operations
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Experience:
- Mechanical Assembly: 2 years (Required)
- Lockwiring: 1 year (Required)
- Aerospace Assembly: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
