Job Overview
We are seeking a Operator/General Labor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
Duties
- Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
- Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Basic Math.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.
- Ability to pass forklift training test.
- Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment. Ability to follow instruction.
- Knowledge: Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc. May occasionally use company computer equipment & systems.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating forklift
- Ability to handle heavy equipment safely
- Mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting and maintenance
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to forklift operation
- Experience in materials handling within a warehouse setting
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
