Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring timely equipment delivery and maintaining high utilization and efficiency of assets. This role supports maintenance operations and performs non-invasive tasks under the guidance of technicians and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance activities as directed by the TLM Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or Technician.
• Assist in low-level, non-invasive maintenance operations.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is aligned with CMMS records, TLM programs, and standard procedures.
• Log all maintenance-related transactions including materials, labor, work orders, parts used, and time spent.
• Adhere to TLM standards and procedures.
• Support asset utilization and service delivery cost efficiency through remedial plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Maintenance Technicians to improve efficiency and productivity.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of maintenance processes and workflows
• Hands-on experience with small engines is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes
• Ability to work under supervision and follow technical instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

• Carmichaels, PA 15320 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Carmichaels, PA 15320: Relocate before starting work (Required)
