We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical assembly and a strong understanding of various tools and equipment used in the process.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints
- Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and power tools
- Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Fabricate parts through welding, soldering, and machining processes
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Experience
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field
- Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with welding, soldering, and machining techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.82 - $22.00 per hour
