What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandise Coordinator position at Pinnacle Technologies?
Do you enjoy using your multi-tasking skills and working cross-functionally? If so, being an Ingredient Merchandising Coordinator will be a great fit for you! Your focus will be assisting the Merchandiser(s) in the process of purchasing, marketing and delivery of feed ingredients.
Key responsibilities
include the timely and accurate entry of transactional data into the appropriate operating systems (purchase/sale order entry, inventory reporting and review, general business functions), record maintenance for both purchase and sales contracts, completion of the transactional piece of transportation logistics, assisting Merchandisers with freight negotiations, handling customer/supplier requests and issues. You will also coordinate with the Accounting Department to ensure the timely processing of invoices/payments, reporting of month end inventory balances and reconciliation of receipt and invoice discrepancies.
Experience - Education (Preferred):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus year of experience from Agricultural background desirable.
Competencies-Skills (Required):
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess sound time management and strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including excel, access, and outlook.
- Possesses strong Integrity; Customer focus; Problem solving/decision making; Organization & planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems
- Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, consistently meeting deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
